Quote of the Moment

I was really convicted by this observation from A.R. Vidler in the 1950’s:

“Conscious experience of the presence and life of the Spirit among contemporary Christians is so thin and weak and hampered that conditions do not exist in which one can write with full-blooded conviction on the subject.”

A.R. Vidler

He’s suggesting that many contemporary Christians lack intimate experiential knowledge of the Holy Ghost to be motivated enough to talk about Him. I find this to be greatly true.
